Refund & Return Policy 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
We provide a 72 hour grace period allowing returns for the following 3 reasons.
- You receive the scale and decide it's not the one for you
- Your scale arrives damaged from shipping
- Your scale does not operate properly out of the box
To return a scale for one of the above reasons Contact Us, then send it back within 72 hours for an exchange/refund. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns are shipped to San Diego, CA USA at your expense. Faulty scales can in some cases be shipped directly to a manufacturer warranty center in Europe.
Scales returned because you decide it's not the one for you must be in perfect re-sellable condition in order to receive a full refund/credit. If a returned scale shows any signs of use or damage, including damage to the packaging, partial credit/refund will be issued at our sole discretion. All returns must have original scale box, packaging and accessories.
After 72 hours, returns of any kind are not accepted. All inquires thereafter must be directed to the manufacturer.
Warranties
The majority of our scales come with extended warranties, please see the warranty info included in with your scale from the manufacturer. Also be sure to keep your warranty card and info in a safe place where you can refer to it later if needed.
Scales with warranties come with warranty cards and instructions along with the User Manuals. Procedures and requirements for sending in your scale under warranty vary with the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturers directly with any warranty questions.
