Shipping Details
- Orders placed on RightOnScales.co.uk are for shipping within the UK Only.
- Orders to the EU and other locations outside the UK must be placed at RightOnScales.eu.com.
- Any item returned to us and requires re-delivery will have additional P&P charged.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders usually ship by the end of the next business day. You will
normally receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been shipped. Please Contact Us to follow up on any order you have placed.
Recorded Delivery: (4-7 Business Days)
Orders shipping within the UK travel via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class. Includes Tracking and insurance.
All table top and larger scales ship using TNT for delivery. We will always use the best shipping method to provide you with the fastest and best possible service for your order. All orders ship from our warehouse in London, England.
Note that shipments can take longer for delivery due to shortages or other unforeseen delays with the shipping company or other issues. We take all steps to get your order delivered as quickly as possible and we look forward to serving you.
