We will reimburse you up to $1000.00 USD if you are unable to resolve a dispute with one of our authorized Gold Seal online merchants regarding the quality, durability, readability or accuracy of one of our scales.
We also guarantee that our Gold Seal authorized online merchants will ship your scale in a timely manner and pack the item in a secure and safe manner. This guarantee does not cover scales that are lost in shipping.
